Increasing your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables is an important part of maintaining a healthy diet, you need to avoid pre-package.

Some tips to have a healthy diet like fruits and vegetables can be easy to eat when you prepare them:

Soups - In soups, it is very easy wat to eat raw vegetables. All you need to do is beldn them with an appropriate mix of herbs and spices and water. You can warm soups without destroying any of the vitamins and enzymes by heating the soup indirectly by putting it into a glass or ceramic bowl and then place that bowl in a larger bowl half filled with of had-hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.

Juicing - Juicing vegetables means that you can still eat them raw and enjoy all the benefits of raw food, as juicing retains all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients in the vegetables and its easy to consume the nutrients from a large quantity of vegetables in a glass of juice. Because these nutrients are very perishables, you must drink your juice within 30 minutes of making it.

Salads - it can form a main meal or a side salad of fresh vegetables that you eat alongside your meal. To get the best out of your salad, you can serve it with food that is rich in omega-3 fats, or a salad dressing made of an omega-3 rich oil. This will ensure that you are getting enough of the right fats in your diet and will enhance the taste of your salad and make it more satisfying.

Sprouting - Sprouts are even more concentrated in nutrients than vegetables. You can sprout seeds on a windowsill or in a specially designed sprouter. Sprouts can be sprinkled on salads, soups, sandwiches, and in cooked or raw dishes, and they give you meal a total nutrients. Sprouts can also be mixed into juices together with your favorite recipies.

Mixing with cooked foods - When making your favorite dishes like spagetties, curries or any other special meals. Just before serving this, you can add some chopped up raw vegetables to your dish, it will be warmed by the heat of the dish but nutrients will still be there.
