This will ensure that you are getting enough of the right fats in your diet and will enhance the taste of your salad and make it more satisfying.

Sprouting - Sprouts are even more concentrated in nutrients than vegetables. You can sprout seeds on a windowsill or in a specially designed sprouter. Sprouts can be sprinkled on salads, soups, sandwiches, and in cooked or raw dishes, and they give you meal a total nutrients. Sprouts can also be mixed into juices together with your favorite recipies.
